Picture Of The Day - April 7

Saturday was another busy day. So busy, in fact, that we couldn't even get this blog post up before Saturday was over.

We started the day with a trip to Eckert's to see the Easter Bunny


And, of course, Nina and Gini too


When we went to see the little bunnies we ran into Holden, but he was so enthralled with the bunny in his lap that he wouldn't even ham it up for our camera!


Maddy got to see fellow blogger Jodi for the first time too.


Miss Maddy got to 'hold' a bunny too


but it obviously wasn't nearly as exciting for her (or the bunny, who looks to be looking for a way out) as it was for the camera wielding crowd.

And then she did her impersonation of a bunny


Ears and all


After all that excitement we went home for a meal and a nap so we could re-energize, we weren't done for the day yet.

We stopped in to see Maddy's Great Grandma Helen.


She had an Easter present for Maddy, a really cute, really girlie outfit that is NOT pink.

After that we went to Emily's 4th Birthday Party at Chuck E Cheese. I finally got to meet Logan and see if the hype is true.


Turns out the hype is all true. He is big, he is olive skinned, he is mellow, he is handsome as all get out, and when he fusses it is so wimpy it's kinda funny, although his Momma did say that he found his volume knob recently. Good luck with that!
