Best Buddies

Mad and Logan are best buddies and he got to spend three days with us this week. I wanted to get some pics of them together but after a few Logan was not feeling the love. Maddy was of course willing to ham it up. Doesn't she look way older than three in the second picture.

First Dentist Visit

Maddy had her first dentist visit today. She was such a trooper and was very excited to sit in the chair and open her mouth very wide. She loved the special light and will proudly tell you she has 10 teeth on the bottom and 10 teeth on the top:) She was very excited to pick a prize out of the treasure box for being so good.

Lego Girl

Maddy has discovered her love for legos and that makes her daddy very happy. The tow of them spent a good hour creating tonight and I even received a beautiful bouquet of lego flowers.

Father's Day

To my daddy...thanks for loving me unconditionally and treating me like your princess even when I didn't deserve it and for loving (and spoiling) Madylin. To Brian...thanks for being the best daddy to Madylin, helping me remember to laugh when being a mom gets tough and for being there to share all the yesterdays, todays and tomorrows! Madylin and I love you both!

Circus

We headed to the circus tonight. Madylin was very excited to ride an elephant for the first time. She enjoyed a snow cone, popcorn and a little bit of funnel cake. My daughter has decided to start staying awake the whole two hours of her nap time so about ten minutes before intermission she was sound asleep in my lap. We called it a night since the bleachers are not all that comfortable especially when you are balancing a sleepy head.

Shriner's Parade

Another year and another Shriner's parade. The family crowd was a little thin this year but we still had a great time. Trey Boy was there so Maddy was thrilled. Mad made it through the whole parade and crashed as soon as she hit the car. We are off to the circus in a few days.
