Visiting Preschool

Today we headed to visit the preschool that Maddy will attend next year. Maddy was really excited to meet her new teacher and to see HER school. She walked into the classroom and sat down on a little mat like she had always been there. She did a great job listening to the teacher, making a paper pizza and making a real pizza. We also got to visit the gym and play with the balls. Maddy loved visiting and can't wait to go next year. We are not real sure how she got to be so big so fast.

Borrowing Babies

My own child grows tired of me using her for practice so I occasionally steal my friends kids. Isn't Landon the cutest. I love the GQ look with his arms behind his head!Hoping my awesome cousin in law Laura will give me some tips this summer;)

Snow Day #3

We got snow day #3 today!! My friends Connie and Jess with kids joined Brian, Maddy and I at the golf course for some sledding. The kids had a blast! Maddy went down the hill quite a few times and then decided she would rather watch and eat the snow off her mittens. I'll regret these days off in May but right now I'm loving it!

Carter and a Puppet Show

Maddy, Brian and I headed over to the Stein's house to have a play date for our girls (who are a month apart in age) and so that I could get my hands on baby Carter and use him for camera practice. He was SO sweet! Stacy was sure he would cry when we got him undressed but he he didn't make a peep...well except that heart stopping newborn sigh. The girls had a blast playing puppet show and singing songs for us.
