If there was one thing this January was good for it was snow days! We got to go sledding quite a few times this year. Madylin really LOVES to sled! The first day we went out it was bitter cold and after an hour or so Madylin was cold and her gloves were wet so we called it a day. The following Saturday we went out again and it was much warmer. Brian build a big bonfire on the snow and the kids enjoyed sledding, roasting hot dogs and drinking hot cocoa. It was SO fun! We even ventured out to some of the golf courses big hills. They were super fast and the kids loved it and even did a great job climbing back up the steep hills by themselves. A few of us adults enjoyed a little sledding too!

Bowling

Took Madylin bowling for the first time today. She was pretty good! She was getting a little discouraged when she saw her uncles getting strikes but quickly cheered up when she got a spare. She made it through 2 1/2 games before she was done:)
