Rainy Day

We came home tonight, Madylin gets out of the car and stomps in a huge puddle. Instead of getting mad (which I usually would) I said go for it. I don't think she has ever been that excited (until the next time). Needless to say she had a blast and I got some pretty cute pics. Thanks to Daddy who pushed the water and made it even more fun!

4th of July

This 4th of July I was finally getting over the stomach flu so we decided to stay close to home. We went to a BBQ at my parents' house. On the way we made a stop at a firework stand and bought some sparklers, snap pops and some other little fireworks for Maddy to try. She loved the snap pops and the sparklers but wasn't sure about the louder ones (new phase...but she Loves motorcycles???). After dinner we headed back to our house and to the park to watch the big firework show. Before we left our driveway we let Mad do one more sparkler. I wish it would have been darker outside...I'm sure the pic would have been cool!
