Here she is getting her second APGAR score (a perfect 10 by the way!)
APGAR stands for Activity (muscle tone), Pulse (heart rate), Grimace (reflex response), Appearance (color), and Respiration (breathing). She got a test at one minute old and scored a nine, this is the test at 5 minutes old.
Here she is getting weighed and examined
Counting fingers and toes (10 each), checking lungs (can't you tell they're working?!) etc.
Maddy's first bath
The video starts out outside the nursery while we waited for Maddy's temperature to rise a bit. I figured we could use a little more footage of her crying! We don't get to see the shampoo, it's done where the camera won't go, but we do get to see Maddy's first style!

She was so cute we had to capture it for posterity!
