This month Maddy got to celebrate her first Christmas. It was really great to see her opening presents and visit with Santa Claus. Maddy is continuing to practice walking. She will take two or three steps then down she goes. She is a super fast crawler so I think walking takes too long right now. She does like to cruise up and down our new couch and try and reach the cats so she can "pet" them. We show her how to rub them and then she rubs them but with a little more enthusiasm! Maddy also got her third tooth this month. She decided to skip the top two and add another on the bottom. We are pretty sure the top two are close behind. When you press on her gums they turn white. Guess we will have to wait and see. Our sweet young lady has also developed quite an opinion on certain things. She lets you know if she does not want what you are feeding her or if you are not feeding her fast enough or if she would rather have what your having or if she wants that toy or if she would like to eat her socks or if she does not want her diaper changed. Luckily the rest of the time she is a silly little thing that LOVES to play peek-a-boo, to be tickled and give kisses!
Maddy has also become a bigger ham in public. Instead of just smiling at everyone she likes to bend over the back of her highchair at restaurants and smile upside down at the people at the next table. Now how can you not love that. When she does something silly and we laugh she will keep doing it over and over and laugh at herself.
We can't believe how much Maddy is changing everyday! Happy 10 months cutie!
Also Happy 4 year anniversary to us! I can't believe how much more I love you everyday too!
