Miles has really started talking lately. It seems everyday we hear a new word. Right now he says kitty, hi, dadda, momma, papa, mima, cracker, uh oh, no, bye bye, birdie, ouch, yum, nanu (banana but really means most food) and Elmo. He loves to call all animals kitty and says "hi-yee!" to everyone we meet and will say it over and over until the person says "hi" back. He is even putting some words together. When Brian walks in the room he says "hi my dadda". It is heart melting! He still uses baby signs for milk, eat, more, where'd it go and all done. Sometimes when he's having trouble getting his needs across he starts doing ALL his signs which just makes things more confusing.
Miles is also starting to make his animal sounds. He knows meow, woof woof and moo and growls for animals like lions, bears and dinosaurs.
Some other things he loves are strawberries, Elmo, playing patty cake, the theme song to My Little Pony and feeding the dog table food. He is growing so fast!
