Happy 4th Birthday!

I know I say it every year but I just don't know where the time has gone. I can't believe we have a four year old! I have to say we are really enjoying the little person she is becoming. Mady cracks us up. She is a little adult stuck in her tiny body. We can have great conversations with her now and she often stumps us with an out of the blue deep question. It seems her mind never stops thinking. She started preschool this fall and LOVES it. She comes home with cute poems, songs and stories that she enjoys sharing with everyone. Her teacher says that Mady always wants to participate in class and has lots of things to share. Our baby is growing fast!

Since Mady's birthday party was the day before her actual birthday we kept our presents for her real birthday. We woke up and had birthday waffles and sang Happy Birthday. Mady got tickets to Disney on Ice, an M necklace and a new princess bike. She was so excited that she had to ride it at 7:30 in the morning and it was freezing cold outside!
After we cleaned up from breakfast we headed to the mall and took a trip to Build A Bear. Mady loves cats and chose Shimmer Kitty and a very fancy dress. We then headed to another birthday party for the afternoon. That evening we had a birthday cake with Mima, Papa, the uncles, Grandma Katie and Papa Bob. Happy Birthday sweet Mady! Thanks for making the last four years unforgettable! We love you!
